Registrations can be made at the counters of the Public Relations Service in the Public Relations City Hall (Pyramid) or by e-mail at primarie@oradea.ro, to the auditor of the directorate concerned by the hearing request.
We would like to ask all citizens who wish to register for hearings to solve problems that fall within the competence of Oradea City Hall to first address the institution in writing with the problem they have and to register for the hearing only if they have received an unfavorable response or no response.
Clinical Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (birth records)
The public relations hours for birth registration at the Maternity Ward are from 10.00 to 14.00.
Room 12 (marriage records)
Room 13 (death registration)
Room 14 (other civil status activities);
Other civil status activities:
- issuing certificates/documents/civil status transcripts (duplicates);
- change of birth certificate, marriage, death;
- issue certificates in place of lost, damaged, stolen ones;
- change of name and/or surname;
- operating court judgments;
- issue of family books;
- transcription of civil status documents.
