Ensures that he\/she is always informed about the internal organisational structure of the City Hall that directly concerns teaching activities. In particular, but not exclusively, it concerns relations with: Real Estate Directorate, Economic Directorate, Internationally Funded Projects Management Directorate, Secretary General of the Municipality, Legal Directorate and Technical Directorate.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  The department maintains functional relations with the directors and administrators of educational establishments in order to identify and solve all administrative problems that can improve the running of the instructional-educational process in optimal conditions.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Maintains the relationship with the Bihor County School Inspectorate in particular, but also with other institutions at local and central level, on any issue concerning the best conditions for the conduct of school and extracurricular activities in educational institutions in Oradea.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  It is also responsible for the continuous improvement of the material base of the schools in the local school network.  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  The local school network is made up of all accredited or authorised schools within the territorial administrative unit.
