<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>The collection of all taxes and duties due to the local budget has resumed<\/span><\/div><\/div>\n

As of Wednesday, 10 January, the collection of all taxes and duties due to the local budget, including taxes on buildings, land and vehicles for the current year, has resumed, as the Economic Department of Oradea City Hall has completed the opening of the fiscal year.<\/p>\n\n

Also starting Wednesday, residents of Oradea can check and pay their payments for this year on the institution’s website www.oradea.ro, in the “Online counter” – Ghi\u0219eul online section.<\/p>\n\n

Oradea City Hall continues to encourage online payment of tax obligations, with citizens benefiting from a 10% discount if they pay their local taxes due for the entire year in full by 31 March. Also, paying online saves the citizens of Oradea the trip to the payment points, thus saving valuable time.<\/p>\n\n

Payment methods: online and over-the-counter<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

ONLINE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

– through the Online Counter – Oradea City Hall, on the website www.oradea.ro;<\/p>\n\n

– via www.ghiseul.ro;<\/p>\n\n

– via the MobilePay app (Google Play link).<\/p>\n\n

AT TOWN HALL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

– at the cash desk in the Public Relations Centre (opening hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.00 – 18.00, Friday: 8.00 – 15.30);<\/p>\n\n

– through Romanian Post offices, according to the schedule of each office;<\/p>\n\n

– through the C.E.C. units, according to each unit’s schedule.<\/p>\n\n

Until 31 March 2024, tax rebates are granted for paying local taxes in full in advance.<\/p>\n\n

Paying online is better than paying at the counter<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Tax rebates for early payment by 31 March of local taxes due for the whole year by taxpayers are differentiated according to the method of payment:<\/p>\n\n

A<\/strong>. In case of payment at the Town Hall – counter, Romanian Post, C.E.C., by POS, payment order, internet banking:<\/p>\n\n

4%<\/strong> in the case of tax on buildings for individuals and companies;<\/p>\n\n
