Off-street parking (multi-storey)
The local administration's strategy for parking management in the municipality of Oradea is in line with European guidelines and standards in the field of urban mobility, which provide for improving air quality and traffic flow by partially eliminating car access to central areas of tourist and historical interest, while developing a sustainable public transport system by converting public transport to green energy, developing bicycle lanes and building underground and underground parking.
In the Municipality of Oradea, there are currently 6 underground and overground car parks.
1. Tribunalului Parking - 450 places (400 with season tickets and 50 with tickets)

At the entrance to the multi-storey car parks, the automated system issues a ticket that generates access to the car park by lifting the barriers. The ticket issued at the entrance will be kept until the end of the parking for its validation at the payment machines, with cash/card or by scanning it in the mobile application "Parking Oradea" and making the payment with the card, before picking up the car.
! ATTENTION!
! In case of loss of the ticket issued at the entrance, the user will have to pay the fee established for the loss or damage of the ticket.
! After validating the ticket, the user has 10 minutes to leave the car park.
! As the minimum unit for calculating parking time is 1 hour, any fraction started will be charged as a whole unit of one hour.
! Access to multi-storey car parks for LPG vehicles is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!

The constitution and payment of a parking pass for one of the multi-storey car parks in Oradea can be done by one of the following methods:
I. At the dedicated counters in the City Hall of Oradea.
II. Online, on the municipality's official local tax payment platform:

III. Through the official mobile app of the municipality, "Parking Oradea", following the steps described in the app.

! ATTENTION!
! For subscribers, entry and exit to multi-storey car parks is based on number plate recognition using the LPR system. For the system to work accurately, the number plates must be clean and legible.
! Subscriptions for multi-storey car parks are NOT valid for on-street car parks.
! Parking passes for multi-storey car parks are not transferable, they are only valid for the vehicle whose registration number has been recorded on the pass.
! The subscription for one of the multi-storey car parks is valid only in the car park for which it was created, not being valid for other multi-storey car parks in Oradea.
