Street parking subscriptions

The following types of season tickets are available for public street parking:

a) Parking pass for zone 2 - WHITE MARK

! ATTENTION!

! The parking pass is not valid in the short term car parks in zone 0 and zone 1, marked with red and yellow markings. The parking pass is only valid in the parking lots in zone 2, marked with white markings.
! The parking pass is not transferable.
! To issue the subscription, the car must have a valid periodic technical inspection and a valid insurance.

b) Waterfront Pass - this type of pass is valid only on the street that appears as the home address on the person's identity document and on the streets with which it directly intersects.

Mandatory conditions for obtaining a riparian pass:

A. For individuals
1) The street on which the riparian subscription is sought must be the same as the applicant's residential address on the applicant's ID document.
2) The applicant for the subscription must be the owner as entered on the certificate of
vehicle registration
3) The address on the vehicle registration certificate must match the address where the subscription is requested and the home address on the applicant's identity document.

! ATTENTION!
! An individual who is domiciled on the street where paid parking is provided may only be issued a single resident pass for one car, regardless of the number of cars owned.
! No riparian passes are issued for auitoritized individuals.
! If the above conditions are met, residents' passes can be issued on any street with paid parking facilities, regardless of the area and colour of the markings.
! Residents' passes do not entitle you to reserve a specific parking space.

B. For businesses
For a car owned by a business whose registered office coincides with the home address of the company's manager, a reduced-rate resident pass may NOT be issued, but a full-rate pass may be issued, valid for parking spaces in zone 2 - white marking and valid as "resident" on the manager's home street, i.e. the business's registered office.

Mandatory conditions for obtaining a subscription:

1) The address of domicile in the company director's identity document must coincide with the address of the company's registered office.
2) The company must be the registered owner of the
vehicle
3) The address on the vehicle registration certificate must coincide with the company's registered office and the address of residence on the company director's identity document.

! For this type of subscription, persons/companies must provide proof of the following
mentioned by sending copies of the supporting documents.
! No car loan contracts are allowed for the issue of a Riverside Pass.

Payment for on-street car parking passes is made in advance by one of the available methods:

a) At the dedicated counters, within Oradea City Hall.

b) Through the official mobile application of the municipality, "Parking Oradea", following the steps described in the application.
