Operator and contracts
SC RER Vest SA is the operator of the public sanitation service in the Municipality of Oradea for a period of 8 years (2020-2028), based on the contract no. 355.532 dated 25.08.2020 delegating the management of the public sanitation service with the municipality, regarding the provision of the public sanitation service.
The provision of public sanitation service in the Municipality of Oradea is performed for the following activities:
- sweeping, washing, sprinkling, maintenance of public footpaths and maintenance of green spaces related to public footpaths;
- clearing and transporting snow from public roads and keeping them in operation in times of ice or frost;
- separate collection and separate transport of household and similar waste from individuals and businesses.
The conclusion of a sanitation contract, regardless of the legal form of the customer (individual, economic agent, public institution or tenants' association) is done at the Contracts Office of the public sanitation service operator, SC RER VEST SA, by presenting the following documents:

The Regulation of the public sanitation service of the Municipality of Oradea aims to establish a uniform legal framework for the establishment, organization, management, operation, financing and control of the functioning of the public sanitation service of the Municipality of Oradea.
The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to the public sanitation service of the Municipality of Oradea, established and organized by the local public administration authority on the territory of the Municipality of Oradea.
The public sanitation service of the Municipality of Oradea is part of the sphere of community services of public utilities and is carried out under the control, direction and coordination of the local public administration, for the purpose of sanitation of the Municipality of Oradea. This service is organized to meet the needs of the population, public institutions and economic operators in the Municipality of Oradea.
