Municipal Sports Club - CSM Oradea

The departmental club founded by the City of Oradea is performing in several sports disciplines, with the basketball and water polo teams being vice-champions of Romania in 2023. Basketball, football, handball, tennis, polo, athletics, judo and fencing are the sections of CSM Oradea.
Red Lions -
The basketball team is the pride of the club and the city, having enjoyed a meteoric rise over the past two decades. Currently, the basketball team plays its home games in the new multi-purpose hall, which has become the home of basketball in Oradea - Oradea Arena.

CSM Section -
water polo is the most successful section among the sports games, having been established when the club was founded. After the first national title, won in 2007, CSM Oradea - polo dominated the domestic competition, winning 9 consecutive national titles and having notable performances at international level.
Reopened in 2022 after undergoing an extensive modernisation process, the Ioan Alexandrescu Olympic Pool hosts the home duels of the city's rowers.

Football Club Bihor Oradea

In 2022, Oradea City Hall has resurrected the tradition of the most beloved sports club in our county, Oradea returning to official football competitions through the FC Bihor brand, so loved by the fans.
Currently, FC Bihor is active in the 3rd League, with real chances of promotion to the second tier of Romanian football, the club having also qualified for the Romanian Cup groups, an unprecedented performance for the Oradea team.
FC Bihor plays its home matches at the Iuliu Bodola Municipal Stadium.

A club of great tradition of the city on the banks of the river Criș Repede, CS Crișul is a departmental club operating under the National Agency for Sport. The primary objective of the club is the performance in the branches of the Olympic Games programme.
CS Crișul has 25 sections in its structure:
Athletics, boxing, basketball, handball, weightlifting, swimming and modern pentathlon, judo, karate, kempo, water polo, fencing, chess, rugby, wrestling, sambo, powerlifting, taekwando-do WT, table tennis, cycling, football, tennis, triathlon, archery, teqball and sports for people with special needs.
Sports High School - CSȘ Bihorul

The largest high school and, at the same time, school sports club in the north-west of the country, LPS - CSȘ Bihorul Oradea represents the largest reservoir for performance sports in Oradea and Bihor county.
Through the wide range of sports branches it offers to talented young people in sports and through the material base it has, LPS - CSȘ Bihorul creates the premises for achieving sports performances at junior level, being, at the same time, a springboard to great performance for the most talented and serious of its students.

University Sports Club - CSU Oradea

The sports club established by the University of Oradea carries on the tradition of performance sports from school to university level, with the following sports: athletics, basketball, fitness, rhythmic gymnastics, handball, karate kiokushin, shooting and volleyball.
