Household waste collection programme

Street litter collection program:
In Oradea, there are 790 waste collection bins located in blocks of flats.
For the collection of waste from collection points from legal entities (companies), public institutions and individuals in residential blocks, the operator SC RER VEST SA has the frequencies stipulated in the delegation contract, as follows:
- for dry recyclable waste: once every 3 days;
- for biodegradable and residual waste:
- daily from 1 April to 30 September in the central area, from the food sector, hotels, markets, hospitals, kindergartens and nurseries and every other day;
- once every 3 days at the most, from 1 October to 31 March.
Door-to-door waste collection (from individuals in the area of houses) in the Municipality of Oradea is organized with the following collection frequencies:
(a) for dry recyclable waste, once a week;
(b) for biodegradable and residual waste, once a week;
