Online payments & standard forms
GlobalPay allows you to consult and securely pay your taxes, fees, fines and other debts to the local budget, as well as pay parking passes by accepting online payment by VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and Maestro bank cards issued by any bank in any country.
The consultation of the information held by the City Hall and the payment of arrears are made on the basis of the CNP for individuals and CUI for legal entities.
We offer a more secure and convenient access to the private area of the account (where payment details, taxable goods, etc. can be viewed) through a two-step authentication using a code sent by SMS to the phone number registered in the Oradea City Hall database, similar to the procedure used by banks for online payments.
This facility is only available to taxpayers who have provided the City with their telephone number.
